Step 7 of the campaign requires systematic contact with every employee through the Organizing Committee to develop and engage leaders and to build support. Increasingly visible actions that demonstrate how acting together can build a powerful employee organization should be employed. Activities can range from wearing stickers or buttons to taking more assertive steps to unify and inspire.
